Welcome to MTF! If you art in a rush to sell it you can opt to purchase a premium membership which then give you immediate access to the For Sale and Wanted to Buy forum and marketplace. Not a recommendation just an available option. Also Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are normal places to sell on and you can also do eBay but they do take a cut.
