Apparently you didn't understand the instructions for registering. You have to make an introductory post, then wait for a bit of time (25 minutes past the hour) for your account to be activated. That is done to keep the spammers, computer bots, scammers, etc. out. They give up and move on. Once the time has passed for you to become a registered member, you have all the privileges of a paying member. No one has to pay to get the benefits from the site. Some folks choose to because they come to realize that this is a vast resource of knowledge and help, and they want to contribute to keep the site up and running.

As the former rap star turned MTF moderator alluded to, the site is free. You are required to post an intro to be able to post comments and start threads. After your intro, it takes up to an hour to be able to post again or start a new thread. After that hour, you have unlimited access.
I hope you check back in and see this explanation. This really is the friendliest forum on the web. Lots of experienced folks willing to help with problems, or just to chat with. (of course, there is some wisecrackers that only help about 3% of the time, but the mods keep them under control for the most part.

FYI--> the post delay is the only way to keep the spammers from multi-posting and crashing the Forum.. (Hey- it works!) Best defense they could come up with.. Find the brand page for the tractor you have and post your question/problem and I'm sure somebody will help ya or at least come up with something to crack wise with!!
