We have Bush Cherries in our yard that make great jelly. The problem is the cherries are only about the size of a large pea, and the pit probably takes up about 2/3rd of the size of the cherry. I'm looking for som ideas on ways to pit the cherries, rather by hand. THe cherry pitting machines I've seen are for the larger cherries. I'm pretty handy around the workshop, so I could make something if I could come up with a good pattern.
