30% Turf Gem II Tall Fescue

40% V.I.P. Perennial Ryegrass

I only know this because it had no grass when we bought it and had to bring in some black dirt and start from scratch ;-)

Had to do this at ou rlast house for the backyard..... It looked like the surface of the moon until we brought in 18 trucks of topsoil and seeded the **** thing ourselves..... God I loved that house and yard!!

Its nice to go out and say we did this ;-)
Of course i used a john deere 582 loader and a drag harrow so i didnt have to use the shovel much
