The other day I was browsing CL and came across an ad for a CC1862. I wasn't looking for another tractor but it was close to home and the price was right. Hard to say no to free lol.
The PO told me he got the tractor from a friend and that he was told the engine has a head problem. He got tired of looking at it and just wanted it out of his yard.
I mainly got it for the power steering which I would like to adapt to my JD 140. I did get the engine to fire up too. To me it sounds like a bad head gasket and possibly a cracked ring.
