Yeah, I don't need any parts from those machines but it just seemed like an alert was in order. As you say, scrap price.

with both of them being so complete, i would get the RER going and at least double my $$. my neighbor used to own that model simplicity tractor and it drove/cut very well, so that would probably be a keeper.
