P218 vs B43G Engines in 318's

What is the basic difference between the two engines? Is one better than the other? Are there any difficulties in rebuilding a B43G?

The biggie is points and condensor ignition in the B43G versus electronic ignition in the P218G.

Neither rebuild is particularly difficult unless we are talking a failed engine (thrown rod, etc.).
