Over ride clutch

1585 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  kweeksdraw
I've got an over ride clutch that's done for (lose and slinging grease all over). I went to take it off, and I can't figure out how! I see a hole through the large splined end, but before I stick a screw driver through there and start beating, I thought I should confer with you guys.
What am I forgetting here?

Remove the 2 zerks.
There is a through hole that lines up with the zerk holes... do this (line them up) then there is a roll pin that holds it on. You can drive the pin out, with the holes lined up.

After that... the ORC should just slide off.
Right! Now I remember that!

Thanks, Steve.
