the outside rim of the primary drive pulley is chunked on my MF-12 that I plan on using the snow blower on. Will I have much of an issue? the snapped section is maybe 1.5" long. Is there a source for the double pulley?

I just weld a chunk back in... Use nicad rods.

It's a link to an eBay sale. MF 10 engine pulley.

I think the pulley is cast steel, so you should be fine welding it.

I can't weld. I do have a spare engine though that I could pulley swap if I have to, but do you really think a little bit missing will affect anything? that thing spins pretty dang fast and we are only talking about an inch or so...

I've read its ****, swapping these pulleys. And you need a puller too. Probably better off trying it as is first.
