I bought an original Original that it all there except for the front emblem that somebody stole before I could get the tractor. Does anybody know of a good source for reproductions? It is a 1962 model made in September according to what I can find. Thanks

mowergene, thanks for the reply but I don't think that is the right one. The mounting holes should be vertical not horizontal I believe. At least that's what it looks like on the grill support that is still there.

Thanks everybody for turning me on to all those suppliers. I contacted Ray Weaver in PA and have a used one coming along with other parts. Nice guy to speak with. Going to keep the Original looking original for now, so a used emblem will look correct. By the way, I got it running today (50 degrees here) after it had sat four three years. Had to kit the carb and clean out the tank and make a new primary wire. It fired right up and ran smooth. Something about those 7hp Kohlers that just sing. The clutch was stuck together but I was able to pry the plates apart. Drove it to the mailbox on my victory lap. What a good day. :thanku:

I received my emblem from Weaver's today. It is bowed pretty good and does not lay flat. Has anybody had luck trying to straighten one up or make it flat. I'm affraid that it is too brittle to put into a press and heating it up could destroy the paint. Eager to hear any ideas that have worked without it breaking apart.
