I had a little more time today to go over my original some. I've noticed that both front wheels have a wobble left and right to them. You can push on the tractor and see it, like the holes in the wheels are slightly too big for the spindles. Any ideas? I checked the bolts on the spindle ends and they are tight.

The O's have a bushing instead of bearings. You can get new ones. Try Madson's. You can find used ones but be careful. Most O's have some play in the wheels.
