Your picture isn't working. I have a j-bar york rake that I've had for years with no problems, can't speak for any of their other implements.

I picked it up today. It was sundown by the time I got home so all I did was unload it and hook it to the tractor. I did drag a path about 25 yards, but haven't dropped the scarifiers yet and need to drop the top link so I can tilt it forward a bit more. I'll try it out tomorrow and report back
It looks fairly well made. Welds are good, the side plates are 1/4". The ripper bar is a 4" box welded up from 1'4 plate. It might be a tad light at 430 pounds, but for $380 total, it should be fine for maintaining the trails.
