Well, digging up the old garden plot, hit a few taters left over from last year....bad thing, they always re-seed themselves in the most unpredictable spot!

What do you guys think? This year I know I missed a few taters, and I noticed about 8 Beets growing. Should I dig 'em up, or see what they do?

I've been wondering if the beets might make some good seed plants? Kinda a trial and error sort of thing?

I just leave the tators, the beets will probably only grow seed heads!
