Oil Level On troy Horse with Honda Clone Engine

686 Views 3 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  mla2ofus
I know many of you guys are running these honda clones on your horse tillers and I was wondering if you fill the oil level differently or something else to make up for the angle the motor will be running at when tilling deep
I don't want to disconnect the low oil level switch
Thanks for the feedback

Another member, I don't see him post anymore, told me he ran his oil fill side tire up on a 2x4 and filled to that level. I did it w/ mine and the low oil switch would still kill it when it was sunk all the way in so I disconnected the lo oil switch and after 4 yrs no harm done.

They probably dirty the oil because the chinese machining finish doesn't compare to Japanese finishing.
