I've been running the K241 for pulling a cart around the yard, and it's been leaking a decent amount of oil out of the breather cover and it's dripping down the side of the engine and making a mess out of the engine and my garage floor. Is it normal for this much oil to be inside this breather cover to be leaking out like this? I used a new gasket set when rebuilding and doubled checked that I installed the breather components correctly. I did notice that my breather cover seemed to be dented in the center, I'm guessing from overtightening at some point in the past. I just wanted to know if this was to be expected if the cover isn't completely tight, if so I will try to bend the center of the cover back out tonight and give it another try.

The cover could be the problem. Other possible causes are lifter adjustment, carboned valves, burned valves/seats, bent valves, or cylinder blowby.
