how do i set the proper clearence on an early "Non adjustable" pto clutch? do i just re-arrange the shims on the shaft to obtain the .002-.007" of disengauged clearence? When i rebuilt the engine a few months ago the clutch bearings where shot so i pressed some new ones in and i noticed the shims where out of place according to the exploded diagram so i put them all back where they were suppost to be and the clutch doesn't feel as tight as it should be. it doesn't slip but just doesn't feel right. just gonna double check it while the hydrolic system is drained and i can get the cooler off eaisly.
