We've got to be the only idiots in the World that feel this way about snow!!!! Well, I plow commercially in the Winter as well, so I'm really missing out on a lot of money already this year.
Couldn't agree more. Would like some frost for the fields but don't need any snow.Lovin' it.
Snow should be outlawed.

I purchased a x748se with a blower this past May only to find myself wishing I had not spent this type of cash for this setup.
Why? So it doesn't snow much this winter, there's always next year, and the next and the next. It's not like snow blowers have expiration dates and have to be replaced even if they're not used. Plus, prices only go up, right? Next year they might cost you even more.I am having a seriously hard time justifying the purchase of the 49 thrower for the 318 - which I am already in the perpetual doghouse for.
I can remember I was Home On Medical Leave in the early 90's when My Younger Brother was still in High school and the winter around Chicago area It Hadn't snowed Yet and I think it was Late January. As I was Heading To My Duty station It started snowing I want to say it was sometime in Feb So I Have seen winters Like this before in the Midwest But what was so Upsetting was My next duty station was in a Place that Didn't Get Snow and the winter Before I was In the Desert during winter so I didn't Get to use My JD 240 for snow removal for 3 or 4 years and I had Just Bought a Blower for it in Fall of 1989 Because I thought I was going Back to Northern NY (Had Orders But they were changed) In 90:thThumbsUHmmmmm... And here I thought you guys were all silly wanting snow until I went and did this

It's a nice upgrade from the wooden plow and rope lift system that I used last year. Now the problem is my wife says it won't snow until 2013! YIKES!!!!
The Army blanket isn't for warmth, it's a bit of protection from a 4 yr old and an almost 2 yr old who adores anything tractor (esp. the Green and Yellow!).
It will have to snow eventually, right? Right???
I don't know if theres a lot to this, but I rented a house a few years back, probably 25 years ago, and this old guy had leukemia, and a bunch of his buddies also had it and he and a lot of his buddies went into Nagasaki after the bomb on a cleanup of sorts, and he said he wouldn't trust any older army blanket because of the chance it got dusted in the fallout, anyway I had two and trashed them, but I'm just relaying this not saying any of it is factual.Hmmmmm... And here I thought you guys were all silly wanting snow until I went and did this
