Nikki Carburetor help

Got my Snapper RER running today , problem is it ran so rich , it ran me out of the garage , the smoke was bad , i need to go back through it , it's on a 12.5 hp Briggs , what should i look for , it was also leaking out the bolt hole(the cup) . idle screw is 1.5 turns out.

Did you leave out the main jet?The needle?Also the float chamber(cup) should be sealed(might need more gaskets on the "bolt"). You also might let it run for a while,to see if all the old oil,and crud from sitting,will burn out.
