Greetings All:howdy:
I have been lurking around this sight and more specifically, this forum, the last couple of months. Finally got around to registering today.
I'm looking forward to chatting and learning from you all!!This seems like a great group with a lot of knowledge!
I recently purchased a 446 and am looking forward to wrenching on it...as well as putting it to use.
I looked up the serial # in the sticky and couldn't find it anywhere???Was wondering if somebody could give me an idea as to what I have, such as year? the serial # is:14113024 and the motor is:B43M-GA016/41830 which I presume is an Onan 16hp? Also it came with a K-80 snowcaster and a tiller which all I know is it says Case on it.
As of yet,I really haven't had a chance to play with it,other than running it up and down the driveway a few times. The motor sounds real crisp although it does seem to surge up and down as well as its running very rich as I can still smell the fumes on my coat!My initial plans are to get some new oil, filters and plugs in it tomorrow and go from there.
At any rate,I just wanted to step in and introduce myself ...BEFORE I started hammering you all with questions:trink40:
