Greetings Grink & welcome from southern Md. I know a fellow with a 1220 for sale , if I didn't already have enough tractors I'd be all over it .

Thanks, but my plan is to try and get down to 1 sub-compact tractor. I just need to figure out which new replacement motor would be best. I am leaning towards a new old stock Perkins 403C-11 or CAT C1.1

Didn't mean to sound like I was trying to suggest you buy it , I was just trying to make the point that I think they are good tractors . I think it's a smart move on your part to get yours running again .Good luck with your repower.
