Purchased my first deere on September 12th, 2011,x534. Always wanted JD since a kid.This is only my second unit. First was a used 1999 Yardman 17.5 hp with 42 in deck that my wife backed into with the truck,she won,t be getting close to the Deere. Looking forward to using this forum! I've been on this site for the last month just cruising. Can't seem to get enough time in the seat. 20.1hrs cutting grass and mulching leaves to date.This week changed 10w-30 for the second time and replaced with 5w-30 for the winter,removed deck and sent to the dealer to get 47 in blower installed. Disappointed it wasn't ready for weekend to get familar before first snow. Looking forward to learning a few thing from other members.
I've seen some cool customs on the site that have the wheels turning already.
