Picked up a Cub LT1018 that was not running. Hear the numbers.

It is a Briggs !8hp
As you can see by the pictures I need a new head and piston. I can not find a engine tag.
Can anybody help me with part numbers.

If it's Briggs, the model and serial number for the engine should be stamped into the valve cover....
