But what to do with it? I already have a build thread in the JD section for my 420. Buddy of mine just wanted this gone, so I scooped it up. 1450 that needs a little carb work, 44" deck and a snow blade.

PO messed with the carb to try and get it running but bent/scored the needle, as well as banged up a LOT of the brass. Just gonna throw a new one on and get the leaks fixed, and it's off to ebay.

I have a carb still on a 140 with a blown rod. I could swap it onto a running engine in a couple of days and check it out. Looks like a good used one goes $45-$65 on ebay. I could let you have it for the $45 if it checks out ok.

I can rebuild it, no problem. Long as everything is there, I can make it work.

I have a carb on my parter 214 with a good throttle shaft that I might sell, but I'm not sure whether it works or not. Definitely needs a rebuild.

Att. Barnaby Collins, TYVM! Carb rebuilt and bolted back on, plumbed up. Waiting for daylight to throw the new battery in and tune it out.
