Got this in payment for doing someones yard. Guessing its 90's vintage. Got it running, and the self propelled working. Didnt have a chute or cover on it so I found an old metal side discharge one used, plan on getting the mulch cover. Curious if anyone can tell me if these work good with a gator blade. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, thats exactly the info I was looking for. I will get the mulching cover and put the gator on it. Cuts very nice with the factory blade with the 3 holes on the wingtips and side discharge, havent even sharpened it yet.

I looked up the model, its an RP215012, so apparently it was a recycler. Not exactly sure what differences that entails but I decided to order the oregon wavy blade.
