Great site! I have an old Jacobsen Chief 1000. I'm getting ready to rebuild the original Kohler K engine and need some help.

Can anyone tell me how to get the electric clutch assembly pulled off of the motor output shaft?

There's got to be an easy way. I don't want to damage anything....

Looks like you need some help with a K series huh? Here's a link to the Service manual for you sir: http://www.asberry.net/files/TP-2379.pdf

You may be able to find what you need in there..

As I've never encountered one of those set-up's I'm not much help there.. If no help comes along post in the Jacobson forum (http://www.mytractorforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=204) and someone should help you there.. :good::trink39:
