Deere has a new electric lift kit out for X300/500 series with foot lift. It looks like a linear actuator that mounts parallel to the deck and is conected by a rod to the front blade/blower. Downforce capable also. I think the price is just under 400.00 This could take away sales from the from the pricier models in the series. Thats the one thing I wish my 530 had, downforce for the blade. Part number is on the order zone(dealer only?) Part number is LP33711 to anyone interested. Looks like it runs the blade/blower only and not for raising/lowering of the deck.
