Seen these at a expo. Different setup for sure. Lift rams on one side only, cab entrance on the other vs. out front.

Newt JCB has been using this design for quite some time. I am going to say from the few times I have sat in one, that getting in and out of the machine is a lot easier than a traditional skid steer.

Yes, I think the first time I saw one like this was in 2002 or so. I think JCB was using this design long before that.
