New Holland TN55 Won't Start-Fuel Line? Please Help

I have a New Holland TN55 that won't start up. Two days ago it was running then shut off and wouldn't start back up (it would crank but not catch). Battery, starter all that is good.
I looked at the fuel filter and it had sludge on it so I changed it, but still wouldn't start. I bled the line until fuel got to the fuel filter and filled it, then I bled all three lines until fuel came out but still won't work. It will crank but not start.
I'm guessing it must be something small but I' not sure. Please let me know

These three lines that you're referring to, are they the lines that go to the injection block? There is a bleeder screw at the injection block that will need to be relieved to get fuel up to that point. If you've done all that then my next guess is trash in the line or perhaps clogged injectors.

Are you absolutely certain your fuel is clean?

I'm also assuming the air filters are clean and breathing.
