I just picked up this tractor 1974 diesel with a loader. It needs a water pump right now and tires sooner than later but I couldn't pass it up. Nothing on the gauges works. Any suggestions on where to start? I haven't pulled any sheet metal off her but I would think the tach would work. ATTACH]1421353[/ATTACH].

Also, the clutch doesn't engage until the pedal is maybe two inches from all the way up. I just assumed that the clutch will need to be replaced soon. Is there an adjustment on that maybe?
