need help won't move

I recently got a 931034 from my father in law got it running but blew a hydraulic line on the lift. Decided to change the hydraulic fluid because looked like it had water in it. I changed fluid and according to the manual I found I have to prime pump I tried this in the plug straight on top of the tranny there was a spring and cone piece under it. Is this the right spot?? Because I fired it up and it doesn't move the lift and power steering seem to work good.
