Judging from the side profile, the 23 won't be a problem as that's what you have now. The 10.5 will probably require a wider rim, as yours are only 8.5 wide. It's the off set of that center bolt plate that you will need to keep but in a wider rim. I'm thinking an 8 or 8.5 inch wide rim with same offset as your original and you should be good to go. I have 23x10.5x12 on that blue Bradford you see below and I believe that rim is either 8 or 8.5 inch wide. These were an option for this tractor but the original size is 23x8.5x12.
