2002 ingersoll with power steering, duals, weights and 3 pt has 500 hours on original engine. Has the following implements: 42" hydraulic drive tiller 44" mower deck with mulching blades, extra set of blades and mulching kit, Dethatcher, Aerator, Spring tooth, Single bottom plow, 3-pt mount Sprayer, Snow blade, 3-pt rear blade, Cultivator with wide sweeps, Disk, 3-pt carry all platform and Tire chains.

Whats a fair asking price for this? He wants $5,500 which seems high to me but maybe the extra equipment is more than I realize. There aren't alot of these around my part of the world so maybe that adds to the price too not sure.

All help and opinions appreciated. Thanks

First it's an Ingersol and they command good resale value, in good shape probably $2,250 - $3,000 depending on model. I'm seeing $2,000 - $2500 (on the low side) in accessories with it if they are all in good shape. $1,000 - $1,300 for tiller, Back blade, $150 - $200, 3pt attachment $250 - $300, Disk $150 - $200, Carry All - $150 - $200, Snow Blade $250 - $400, Spring harrow $150 - $200, Dethatcher $100 - $150, 3 pt. Sprayer $200 - $300 (not sure on pricing of these), I include mower deck with machine so nothing extra there, duals and weights could be another $500 or more depending on what is there.

So I'd offer $4,500 and go from there.

Thanks, that's close to what I was thinking but didn't know if I was being cheap.

Keep in mind that parts are getting harder to come by and the price is going up on them. I have a 4018 with P218 Onan in it, they are built to last.

Whats the difference between 3018 and 4018?? Year built or physical difference?

so is the 3018 the equivalent to the old case 200's and the 4018's the case 400's in height?

Per Tractor Data,

3018

4018

I guess you could look at it that way, only one I can compare with is FIL's 226 which we just replaced the fuel tank in. There is a lot of attachments included in that offer and they are in one place, if you consider locating each attachment and time and effort to get them home and factor in. You could also sell what you don't want or need to recoup some of the investment.
