Near Eau Claire Wisconsin collector here?

A fellow who works for NAPA bought something from me today and when he saw I have Case and Ingersoll tractors he mentioned a man in a tiny town near Eau Claire who has some very nice Case tractors. He told me the man restores them. If you read this please send me a PM. I'd like to see your collection. I'm leaving out your exact location and name in case you should like to remain unbothered.

I could be wrong but I think that you are presuming too much. First off, you are assuming this man is internet savvy and is actually hooked up. Secondly, you are assuming that he is either a member here or lurks here.

Wouldn't it be simpler to use the info you have and just track this man down using the internet white page directory for the small town he resides in? Even if that doesn't work, take a day trip to the town and talk to the locals, such as the NAPA store you mentioned. They'll pinpoint how to find his house and they'll tell you if he is friendly or he shoots strangers first and then asks questions.
