Mystery hitch

Just found this hitch and all the other items in the edge of the woods. We bought this place in august and was just out plundering and stumbled across these pieces. I know it's a sleeve hitch but I have never seen one like it. It is built extremely robust. Someone saw fit to bolt 2 scrape blades together for some reason as well. Anyways, thought I would see if any of yal folks knew what it might be? It appears that it was all painted black if that has any bearing. Thanks in advance.
