I would improvise to a simpler design on the missing parts.
If your converting to cat 0 that would be the place to start. 20" between pin points. Then see what the rest looks like.
I have an idea if it where mine. But I am not sure what it will look like behind your PK.
My PK will actually spread to 24" on the lift arms, which is the distance between the pin mounting plates on this bucket. So I'm planning on removing the cat 1 pins and installing cat 0 pins facing inward.

It would be slick to get a set of combo pins that are cat 1 on one end and cat 0 on the other. Pretty common for cat 1 / cat 2, but not cat 0 / cat 1 that I can find. And not necessary.

That's the first step.

You can always bushing to cat 1 if needed.

I've got a thread on the PK forum o how I'm putting a 2" receiver on the PK, which doesn't have a tow bar. Obviously, the 2" receiver will give a variety of drop hitches.

Then I can play with it and see what's next.

I'm thinking with an appropriate drop hitch, and a std top link hanging from the existing pin, all I need is some sort of clevis?? to connect the top link to the hole where the ball mounts in the drop hitch.

It'll make more sense when I can get pix.
