Glad to hear you're happy with it, Nick. Also glad it found a good home. It's a nice, solid running tractor. It served me very well. Hope you guys get many years of use and enjoyment out of it :fing32:

thanks ellis, me too, the axel seal doesnt look to be leaking, its hard to get the grease off though, i did re-bend the fender reflector brackets back up , also fixed the leaking gas shut off, it was just loose, and the 3PT hitch bolt for the lift bar was hand-tight, so i tightened it up it, the 3PT hitch even works great.

I am looking at a couple of different older JD's (Sorry...don't crucify me!...I really like the cubs too!) And saw this thread with the Haban. I am jealous...I want one for the Deere. Looks like you scored a nice machine, have fun with it!!!!

Nice combination. Do the top and bottom of the bar slide freely back and forth? Mine are stuck together..
