Thanks MOD's for taking care of business and thanks TUDOR for the addendum to the title.
We all hope this will all come together completing the build and may we all gain some knowledge and appreciation for the friendships that have developed in the process.
Thanks also to MTF for the great opportunity they've given us to share our thoughts and ideas.

I'm trusting you all that it (part one) didn't go away!:ROF

What are you doing up so late or is it early? Anyway, tell Charles hi!

I'll be heading off to my neighbors memorial service in about 1 1/2 hours. It will take about 1 1/4 hours to get there.
Napped after dinner, then woke up and started messing with the GPS. There is sooo much data. I'm making notes for a script to cross out proly 98% of the stuff that is being sent. The chip's bios auto loads bunches of information as the default when it boots up. The script will run after it boots basically flashing the ram that the chip runs on after the firmware loads it upon boot.
The log has over 6,000 lines of code the chip tells it to download, I'm interested in five or six of them!!!
Not a great day for you, I hope it will go well.

Don, I saw that area on the news that got hit hard with the snow. I thought there was another area north of there that was hit with heavy rain and flooding.

Both times I was having a heart attack I was fortunate enough to get to the hospital to get it stopped before it did any damage. Actually they gave me nitroglycerin in the ambulance that stopped it. Had a Stent put in the first time and was back to work in 4 days. Second time in 2009 they put two more stents in
Not so easy that time. 4.5 hours on the cath lab table. They were running into problems and brought on 2 heart attacks on the table because of interrupting the blood flow to my heart. I was awake through it all. Two weeks before I went back that time. Then 13 weeks later the arteries healed uo over the stents and chest pain got me back to the ER. This time they opened me up and did triple bypass. 3 months before returning to work that time. I had some some arteries that were not normal in size and shape that caused all this. Oddly enough they said it was probably caused from agent orange going to Vietnam twice. After the heart surgery I went back to work for only 10 months. It just wasn't the same anymore. Had to retire before I was eligible for SS. It was a struggle for awhile till I got my disability from SS then ftom the VA. Between that and the asbestos damage in my lungs i get along OK, just don't have the staying power I once had. Thankful I'm still around though.
It's been an eventful couple of weeks though. March 1st I got T bonned by a large deer on my driver's side of my truck coming home just after sunset. Still waiting to get I to the body shop. Combination of them being busy because of winter fender benders and parts availablability I can't get it in till April 12th.
The we were in bed the next evening and got a call from our daughter about 10:30. She was standing in her front yard watching the fire department drag everything out of their attached garage. No structural damage gut the whole house has bad smoke damage. They will be displaced from 2 to 3 months. My daughter and sil and their youngest son and their two dogs were unharmed.
Two nights ago my septic pump went put. Wife and I got home about dusk and heard the high water alarm as we were walking up to the house. Couldn't get anyone put over the weekend so waiting for them to come this morning.
I would have attempted to replace it myself but needed help and all my kids were busy all weekend filling a large roll off dumpster from items from their house. The restoration company was dragging things out and made two piles. One for things to be cleaned and salvaged and the other for things getting tossed. She has to take pictures and document everything getting tossed.
No problems, just challenges and opportunities.

That's a lot of beans on the plate!!!
Not only the bumps and curves in the road but the deep muddy parts as well. (see above for explanation, between Tony and I)
What a thing for your daughter to have to go thru at this time of the year. Terrible thing at anytime but cold just makes it that much worse. Thought they just repaired the pump.
Will we ever see what your dear friend did to your truck?

Yes Don, I had the pump replaced back in August.
Me and the septic company are in agreement that with all the rain and wet snow we have had recently the pump has had to work harder. Th field system is saturated and full. The pump has had to work extra hard to overcome the head pressure at the check valve.

I don't think a camera would do the damage justice on my truck. The deer caved the back door in pretty good but since I have to drive it so long before getting repaired I took some suction devices and pulled the door skin back out. You have to look close to see the creases in it now. My vanity just wouldn't let me drive around with it looking so bad.

😄 haha!!!
Sorry, it's not funny - that is the condition your truck is in.
However, you painted this picture and I can see you out working on the door, topping it off with a fresh coating of paste wax and a buff.

I wasn't quite that bad to do the wax and buff.

I just didn't want it looking like the younger crowd that seem to get the most beat up truck they can find, then massage the diesel to out run a Porsche and roll black smoke.

I need to take it to the car wash and get all the nasty stuff of it. We all has a good laugh at the collision center when he was writing the estimate. I told the guy, I don't think there is any damage under all this mud on the bed of the truck as I'm wiping it with my hand. He said I don't think that's mud. Think about what came out the back of that deer when his hind quarters slammed up against the door. I said "OH" I think I need to go wash hands!

This is going to be a long week. My wife is staying with her mom until next Monday. We have not been apart for more that 3 days since we got together 6.5 years ago.

I am only here to give you old farts smiles........................ 🤣

I'm sure y'all would have kicked me out years ago if i wasn't at least a little bit funny.

OH NO> I just had another thought. Maybe y'all just want me around is because you feel sorry for me.

See this is the way an Aries person's brain works. Oh and the other thing, it just doesn't stop! My brain is so stupid that I can watch a movie and be thinking about how to fix something at the same time and I will remember the details of both.
