I did not know they made hard cabs for tube frames either, the guy I bought it from said it is a Cozy Cab. Does anyone know if they did make them for tube frames ? Or is it maybe a re fit from another tractor ??

I saw the need for a rain cap also Mike, according to the seller (the 2 owner) its always been kept indoors. I'll buy a cap for it rite away once I pick it up, it won't be kept indoors here all the time. I just don't have the room.

My son is so excited, he can't wait to have it home. Im picking it up mid next week, I have a job out that way.

It also came with a sleeve hitch and a mold board plow (not pictured)

Hey congrats Ken and Tyler! That's a nice looking machine! :thThumbsU And ALWAYS good to get the machine for the kid AFTER they're excited about tractors! I mean, I went and got these three Deere's I have, thinking that each of my three daughters would want one... So far, only ONE of them is really interested in tractors, and SHE'S too short to reach the pedals for at least another, oh 5 years!. Darn. Oh well. Guess I'll just have to keep the other two for myself! :)

Cool Tyler! It has a wiper! Is it electric or manual?

Nothing but the best Clark, it's electric. He had to show that option to everyone who he could find.

I'm surprised he did not ask to sleep in the cab tonight. Nothing like a kid getting his own first tractor. :fing32:
Does anyone have a photo of how the lift arm for the snow plow should look on this tractor ? Or one similar ? The one on this tractor must be wrong, if the plow is lifted more then 2" or so, it hits the steering linkage.

:thanku:
Ken,
I'll try to take a couple of pictures of the blade lift link I use on my 1257.
Dave
Here's a couple of pics of my 1256 with Snowcaster. The blade hooks up the same way.

Thanks much for the pic :fing32:

I see that rod has a curve to it, the one on my sons is straight.

The plow is gold, I assume it came off of something else.

I'll keep my eyes open for the correct one, maybe Rick from PA has one. I'm visiting him next week.

Again thanks for taking the time to post the pics. :thanku:

If Rick doesn't have one, I know that Jestin at www.tubeframes.com has them.

I got 3 of the short ones and one of the long "tiller" ones from him recently.
Don't look now, Old Buzzard, but I think the tire is falling off the rim on your 1256! :swow:
