We have here a Montgomery Ward lawn tractor It has the number 8 on it.

Model number is ZYJ-1388A the serial NUMBER IS 96X-3757 What year is it and who made it?

I think it was MTD made. Are you sure of your model number. Heres the ZYJ-1398A.

No I'm not sure of the model number. A fellow read it to me over the phone. Do you know enough about these tractors to tell me what type of front end they have on them. Is it cast? What year are they; 70-ish?
I need something with a stout front end. These kids are always tearing up the front ends on these mowing this rough ground my wife calls a yard.
