I've been meaning to put this together for a while now. I'll look into getting this made a sticky.

A quick note about this guide. All of this information comes from a Murray publication from 2001, so when the guide references "present", present is 2001. Great Info, makes it easy to veryify the attachment PNs for my tractor.

Can you tell me if some sort of Parts Cross Reference exists that shows other Tractor MFG PNs equivalent to Murray Components/PNs? As Murray made tractors for all different companies, I would think one may have been put together some where. It would be a great reaource to find parts at reasonable prices vs. what vendors charge for some of the items. For example, I was searching for a PN 24760 Triple Bin 9 Bushal Bagger for mine. I found it on several web sites but they run anywhere from $600.00 -750.00 + Shipping... Hard to swallow when you purchased the tractor for 100.00 (Baggerless) then see the price baggers go for. Although this bagger seems to be scarcer than Hen's teet, I found one on eBay listed at its opening bid of 75.00, I bid and one it for the 75. The seller figured it would take 60.00 to ship while we were mainnlniing durinthe auction, Tuns out it is going to be close to 200.00. Quite a letdow as Iif all went as planned, I should have my Triple Bagger mounted on My Murry 46 with a total costof 240.00. But we'll see if it ever arives on my doorstep. I think he knows how much they run and what he is losing by they low winnin bid.

We'll See.....
