Hey guys!

Haven't been on here in a few weeks...mostly because my 318 has been running like a champ with no issues at all!

Up to this point, I have been just side-discharging my grass clippings (bermuda, 3" tall). But I'd like to start mulching it- so I need to find a way to block off my discharge chute and buy some good blades.

Any recommendations for the 46" deck? I imagine there's got to be a mulching kit or something that's available.

Thanks!

I switched to gator blades and it seems to do pretty good job chopping up the clippings into more manageable sizes. by no means full mulching but a start. I think there are multiple threads on gator blades but I think it boils down to the type grass you have.....

I attach with bailing wire half inch hardware cloth over the discharge chute using the standard blades to mulch leaves in the fall.
and my question has been answered.:fing32: The impending leaves of doom are already getting me angry. **** maples.:Disgus:
