I would like to replace the muffler on my CC100 do to loudness, what would be a good alternative for the purpose of quietness? I was wondering if there was a way of getting a thrush muffler on there any thoughts? Thanks, Greg.

SuperTrap mufflers for small engines do the job---but they are not cheap.
My company had a generator that was painfully loud to work around. I had a job where I needed to use the generator for 8 hours on 2 consecutive days. I installed the proper SuperTrap, and was amazed at the difference--It was still obvious that the generator was running, and running hard, but the painful part of the sound was gone.
