Hello Tudor and ShelbyGT550,:howdy: Yes the riser does bolt on. And i had to add some height to my cab too so i added a 3-4 inch piece and bolted it right in and reformulated the front mountings from an old gas grill frame (all bolted together or JB welded) that way the cab would clear the steering wheel and the back of the seat and the clutch/brake pedal and i also cut a bit of the pedal off too i think it was 1". Hello ShelbyGT550,:howdy: Soo sorry i did not get to take the pictures today but i need to be in the shop in the mid-morning tomorrow so i will take them then. I cut the metal hot water tank skin with a die grinder or sawzall with a metal blade. and the holes were easily drilled. Also from 2 seasons of shaking and vibrations and hitting expansion joints i think i am going to try and fabricate some reinforcing ribs to bolt onto the inside of the cab where the panels bolt together and bridge the filler panel .I have noticed the metal flexing when cab moves . I think it will help. I do not weld anymore so other means necessary also JBweld works nice .And i also am looking at support under the fender also .You will see in the pictures tomorrow. Hello ShelbyGT550,:howdy: Well i got to take quite a few pics for you today and if you need the template i will try to scan it and email it to you if you would like. I took a few or the riser that came with the cab and then the filler that i made and also i took a few of the cab mounts... they are fairly simple bends. also i took a few of the clutch/brake pedal Open and door closed. If you have any questions feel free to ask away. I hope these help. This might take a few posts. Tootles:050::050::bellyemot:bellyemot:050::050:

Hi ShelbyGT550,:howdy: The metal that the brackets are made of is the same thickness as the sidewalls and roof i think 3/16" but not positive on that. but i think if you get inventive a hammer and a straight edge or a set of welding vicegrips(wide jaw) and you could make the bends(not perfect but usable). I hope this helps.Tootles:050::050::bellyemot:bellyemot:050::050:
