That's the same cab I had for my MF1655 (without the plywood doors). It had about a 6" riser bolted to the bottom to fit the fender pan. The same cab was made for several makes of tractors back in the 70s and 80s with the only difference being the design of that riser and the front brackets. I still have the bolt holes in my 1655.

As long as you don't get carried away with the extra lights, the charging system should keep up with no trouble. You should have at least 144 watts available, 12 amps at 12 volts. Add 'em up plus 5 watts for the radio.

If I recall correctly, there was only a couple of inches between the steering wheel and the cab front on my Massey. The hoods on the MF1655 and the Husqvarna YTH are both just over 16" wide at that point so it should fit.

The bottom of the front posts had "L" shaped straps, about 1/4" x 1 1/4" flatstock, bolted to the foot rest on one side and the frame on the other.

That bent portion on the bottom of the back panel of kccraftswoman's cab is the riser that I mentioned earlier. I believe it was bolted on, but I can't remember for sure.

You may have to cut out a section in the centre for access to the gas tank, or make it like a hatchback by cutting and hingeing the panel from the backlight down. You'll have to leave enough of the corner for rigidity, of course.

The sides are bent in that have that angle for the riser, They now go under the cab. It was mounted to the Massey that way. Should i straighten them? There is no bottom if I make them straight.

As it is currently, it makes a good platform to fasten a riser to. I'd leave it untill you get a better idea of how to make the riser then modify it as required for the gas tank and the seat.

Know anyone at CASS? They may have a shear and a brake that will make the parts for you. Maybe even a supply of sheet metal.

Call the school and leave a message asking for the metal shop teacher to call you at his convenience.

The worst that he can do is say no, and he might have a suggestion or 2 to help you out. It's worked for me at the college.
