That's the same cab I had for my MF1655 (without the plywood doors). It had about a 6" riser bolted to the bottom to fit the fender pan. The same cab was made for several makes of tractors back in the 70s and 80s with the only difference being the design of that riser and the front brackets. I still have the bolt holes in my 1655.
As long as you don't get carried away with the extra lights, the charging system should keep up with no trouble. You should have at least 144 watts available, 12 amps at 12 volts. Add 'em up plus 5 watts for the radio.
