i got a snowblower with the 200 that I got and the gentleman told me he got it with a different tractor. I bought a used mount and the height adjustment but I am unsure of where the pulleys go. I would like to know what I have set up wrong or what pieces are missing. as it is set up in pic everything lines up with tractor but the pulleys are fixed ( no tensioner ) so I don't know how it would keep tension. thank you

On my 37a, the flat pulley is bolted to the end of the tensioner arm (towards rear of blower). The tensioner arm bolts to the hole below the top pulleys in your first pic.

ok may be that's where I was confused. I did not see the tensioner behind the pulley closest to the tractor..

bad picture but this is what my mount looks like. the setup in the last pic does not work out. the pulleys I have are meant to go on the same bolt. possibly I have the wrong mount or pulley system?

V-pulley [yellow] mounts to top-right hole with a ~1.5" spacer (to space it away from mount surface). The tensioner arm [red] bolts to the lower middle (round) hole thru the bushing in the tensioner arm. The bent end of the tensioner arm, sits within the large cutout (oval/rectangle). Tensioner spring runs behind the mounting plate. The flat pulley [green] mounts on the left side of the tensioner arm, when looking at it like the pic above.

Nevermind, 37 seems setup differently than 37a... I thought it was just belt twist.

The double pulley setup seems to be mounted to the tensioner arm.

yes I think I bought the wrong blower mount. the mount must be for the 37a

so it looks like I either need a new mount or I need to find the tensioner set up from a 37a

If the blower is a 37 (take a picture of the chain & sprockets)... it needs the belt twist to spin in the correct direction. So you'd need a 37 mounting bracket.
