Mitsubishi Diesel Engine Block Heater

I don't know of any specific ones, might try TYM, other options are universal ones you can buy at auto parts stores where you match them up to the size "freeze" plugs in the block. The other option is a magnetic one that you stick on the oil pan or side of the block, seems alot of people on here have gone that route.

I don't have one as mine is kept inside and it usually doesn't get that cold around here( and it still starts fine when it does).

I did an on-line search and found that 1 1/2" lower radiator hose inline heater at TSC. A 600 watt heater for $24.95 looks like the way to go. I'll have to take a look at the tractor and see how much work it will be or if it will even fit. Thanks for the reply.
I also read some reviews on magnetic heaters and a lot of people are unhappy with the heat transfer efficiency.

If you have an unheated barn or shed to store it in, you can throw a tarp over it and put a 100 watt light bulb under the oil pan for an hour or two before you go to start it. You'd be amazed at how much heat a light bulb can put out. There's so much energy wasted as heat with a conventional incandescent bulb that the government is outlawing them in favor of compact fluorescent and LED bulbs.
