Mitey Mac II Engine Seized

I recently came upon a Hydra Mac Mitey Mac II Model 10 skid loader. When I bought it, the starter and some other parts were missing so I tried turning it by hand and found the engine completely seized. After I broke the harmonic balancer, I decided the engine needs to come out. I have an idea on how to remove it, but I figured I'd ask around, see if anyone has experience removing this engine. The engine is a ford 1.6l from a Pinto, so parts are kinda easy. I found a ford v4 from a mustang 1700 online, anyone know if this will fit a 'Pinto pattern' bellhousing?
