If that's an MF12 maybe it won't fit without some work, but with a minor adjustment it should fit a MF1200.
For a hundred and a quarter, I'd get it anyway. The MF12 is a pushy beast, if it's loaded right. I excavated 2' deep through red clay in my back yard with my FEL equipped MF12H and a 40" bucket. I'm not saying it didn't work hard, but it dug about 60' of trench. I think it could handle a 54" blade in a foot of snow without too much difficulty. It pushed dirt and gravel around with a 48" blade, as long as I didn't take too big a bite. You will need loaded tires, 2-link chains and probably wheel weights to work it though. A little extra weight on the back wouldn't hurt either.
The 1200 is a heavier tractor right from the get go, and may not need as much extra weight. The chains will be a necessity.
