Hmmmm, thanks Forkz that's pretty cool. It's gotta be pretty rare too because I never heard of one nevermind seen one, I wonder how many there are that exist in the world??

That big polished cover behind the pulley in the first picture sort of looks like a washing machine drum. 😁

We had an IH fridge when I was a kid. Probably late 50s, or very early 60s vintage. It eventually got scrapped because the door gaskets turned to goo and replacements were unavailable.

a friend had one my friends had a different latch it had a little freezer freezer door was missing had a place for eggs right in front it would freeze the eggs

My parents bought a brand new GE refrigerator when they got married in 1947. It is still working to this day. My sister has it in her basement for overflow from the fridge in her kitchen. It has had the door gasket replaced twice in its lifetime, once by my dad with me assisting, and the second time by myself years after my dad passed away.
