You say its hard to push .that could be a couple of things . A newer pressure plate and throw out bearing was put in with a stronger springs ,or it could be the fingers in the pressure plate have wear and the throw-out bearing is going bad.:greendr:
Its just the nature of the beast, they operate at a wierd angle, instead of pushing forward like most tractors you are pushing down with your knee bent,Greetings all !
I am a new member to this forum. I retired from the military and have taken over the small family farm from My dad. We have 2 tractors on it along with a bunch of equipment. We have a Hesston 55-56 and a Massey 135. I was just wondering about the Massey. Are ALL the Massey 135 clutch foot pedals kinda tough to push in? Just curious ......
